I imagine there is a thread devoted to tech questions, but this is about my Africa story. I have 12-14 (12 last count, might be up to 14 currently) page story of my 2015 Africa Safari in Microsoft Word.

I do not want to post that many pages. I know how to post pictures using Photobucket.

1. If I use the attachment feature, if one is even available here, will the document appear plain text in 12+ pages or just the link to open MS Word?

2. Is there a document hosting provision on Photobucket or some other site?

Select/copy your text and paste onto new discussion and you can edit as you go along - before you post. There is an edit facility in the bottom right corner incase you want to alter or post photographs at a later date.

To paste photos into text hit the return key at the end of the sentence where you want the photo.

I was hoping to find a way to post a link to the text. I am going to go to an office supply place and get them to convert my MS Word document to a PDF. Adobe Acrobat costs a small fortune to buy.

No!

Just cut and past the text into the site.

Why would you want it to be a PDF. PDF files are a pain in the ass to read on here.

Then go in and use photobucket to thow photos into the fray.
