470EDDYLarry,
Thank you for the wise advice! Thankfully, my back issues are nerve calcification related and not structural!! We have been pounding around in safari vehicles for 2 months going on three, as we cruise around Africa, including The Selous Game Reserve. I haven't had any issues except walking and climbing up and down out of the Planes and Safari Vehicles, after 3-6 hours of pounding a day. My wife has complained some, with 2 artificial hips... but the aches and pains seem to resolve in a few days!! this gettin old crap ain't for sissies!! More surgery when we get back, hopefully will have me walking again...and following your footsteps, and NO CAM-AIR!!

470EDDYLarry,
You hinted at Retirement and this hunt being your first post-retirement hunt, sans issues with selling your firm shares!! I hope this is resolved by now!!
Well, I want to wish you CONGRATULATIONS on your retirement from a very successful career!! Wishing you many, many years of enjoyment, Great Health, Great hunts and pursuing your dreams after shedding the bonds of every day working career!!
I'm looking forward to many more hunting reports like this fantastic hunt!!
CheerZ, Steve
I'm just now seeing your hunting post. Great report and great trophies. Club Faune was awesome. I hunted with Jean but Yann was also in camp. I also didn't get a buffalo as I was the first hunter in 2023 and there was too much unburnt grass. The roan gave me fits but we got one on the last day. Luckily Cam Air operated like a well oiled, on time machine. Sorry about your troubles.
