Do yourself a favour and talk to Buzz or Myles at CM safaris. They have a great concession in the Zambezi valley and are a top notch outfit.

As to the Gwayi area , caveat emptor......

There are so many reputable top notch operators in Zimbabwe why would you even consider somebody that folks have never heard of. The prices are cheap but as you've been told you get what you pay for.
