Just got back from my last trip to Rsa and we took some wery nice trophies down there!we hunted with a good friend of mine Jaco Hurst of Matswane Safari and we hunted 6 days in Limpopo and 4 days in the Freestate.I hunted both with a bow and rifle and took 3 impalas,1 warthog,1 black and one common springbuck,

donnerI also Hunted for Bushbuck and shoot a wery nice one with bow!the shot was a littel to far in front and we had to track him for almoast 3 hours!He was mesured to be 17 inches and will go wery high in the books for bushbuck shot with bow

http://img355.imageshack.us/img355/7708/pic0079st2.jpg[/IMG]One of the days i was in the blind i heard a strange sound outside and took a look and to my horror a Big Black Mamba was heading for mu blinde so i grabbed my backupp rifle and shoot it on 2-3 meters from the opening of the blinde

I also had a chance to take a Bontebuck and i took a wery fine 15 inch one

all by all i had a wery nice trip and will be back in feb 09 to hunt red letchve in Freestate and buffalo.sable and roan in Mosambiqe

donnerNo no rain resently and it was wery dry all plases we hunted

i hope they soon gets some rain )many farmers have lost a lot of animals down there.
