Has anyone hunted with this outfit or with Hanno van Rensburg? A friend of mine bought an auction hunt and has invited me to go along.

I was in camp with him 5 years ago. He is the tallest PH in africa and a real good guy. I am not familiar with his operation but can vouch for him being a good PH. He should remember me when i came home i sent him 2 pairs of size 18 shoes.

I took my youngest brother there last June for his first safari. Really nice people, a good hunt, very nice trophies. No complaints at all with the hunt.

In addition to Hanno's very large farm, his father in law has a huge wildlife conservancy adjacent that may also be hunted. All areas are high fenced but rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo are on the conservancy and game viewing can be arranged. We were able to participate in several buffalo captures for relocation while there.

If you have specific questions, send a PM and I will be happy to respond.

Chris, that's funny as hell. Now I get why he advertizes himself as the "largest outfitter in Africa". I thought it was a bold claim...but size 18 shoes!!!???. Glad I'm not following Ele with him Smiler

Oday450, thanks and I will probably have some questions and appreciate your offer.
