TerryRRe: Where to hunt both Buffalo and kudu?
Chasseur
I have hunted both Cape Buffalo and Kudu in the Okavango Delta of Botswana. I believe that that is one of the most spectacular places on earth, and a great place to hunt. You may spend a little more, but your hunt will be worth it.

PS I don't have a hunt to sell you. If you want to know who I hunted with send me a Pm and I'll give you thier number.

ShumbaI have hunted twice with Big 5 Safaris in the Chewore North area of Zimbabwe. First class all the way, beautiful camp on the banks of the Zambezi River, and reasonably priced.
Both my hunts were for 7 days and I harvested the following animals:
Hunt 1
Buffalo (40")
Kudu (56.5")
Waterbuck
Impala
Impala
Warthog
Klipspringer
Grysbuck
Baboon
Birds (Guinea Fowl, Francolin, Sand Grouse, Egyptian Geese, Knob Nose Duck)
Fishing for TigerFish
Hunt 2
Buffalo (36" with hard boss)
Kudu (55")
Eland (40")
Zebra
Bushbuck
Impala x 3
Warthog
Baboon
Birds (same as above)
Fish
On both trips I had a chance to take a leopard on the last few days. They (male leopards) hit the bait, but no shot opportunity.
Also, on both trips I hunted hard for 3 to 4 days (until I got a buffalo) and then started taking it a bit easy and relaxing. In fact, I passed on quite a few different species (sable, hippo, croc) and on the last trip, I missed 2 shots at 2 different Jackals

.
You can't go wrong with this outfitter and area. It is also an extremely safe area to hunt (no people).
E-mail me or send a PM if you would like additional info or photos
