Lion hunt gone wrong
I found this one on the net, they need some work on their shooting, but a lucky escape by the looks of it.

It's been around for a few years, but even for a few minutes, this pen raised lion, got to be a lion.

Three thoughts go thru my head, each time I see this clip.

1. It is a real travesty to run a canned hunt like this, and put it out for the public. This is what some people think hunting is, and it's no reason that they are against it.

2. I'm sure glad I wasn't the cameraman and the lion hadn't fixed his attention on me.

3. Given the same charge at half the distance and in heavy cover, would someone die?

I was rooting for the lion.

Not if he was declawed.

... I was also rooting for the lion. This type of shooting cheapens all lion hunting. When you see a trophy you can't help but wonder... is it someones pet?

from what you are sure that is a canned hunt? All you are sure, so I think is a canned one, but from what you can see?
The mane are too nice for a wild one?
Too many people around?
The lion isn't noised from the people?

If you look closely you can see the fence that he is trapped against before he charges.
