In Tiffany's case, I would guess that she wouldn't be too bothered by my comments. Based on her appearence, pose, and "look", I think that she enjoys the attention that men give her.

Louis and Tiffany have different last names.
Tiffany has very eye-catching accessories that she has chosen to exhibit.
Tiffany is reasonably attractive but more noticeable because of her accesssories.
If Tiffany does not want to attract attention and comments about her appearance perhaps she should dress more conservatively.
