larryshoresI met Antonio in October while I was there. He had some outstanding video, particularly of the eland.
He arrowed the eland perfectly. It basically just stood around or stumbled around. An oxpecker lands and starts drinking the blood out of the wound. He sends another arrow at the oxpecker. It appears it was so close that he clipped feathers.
Very nice guy and a very successful hunt.

safari-lawyerThere's a good story on the Jim Sweeney warthog. A friend of mine shot at and missed it back in July. Fast forward two months to Jim's hunt and he and Thierry find the pig in the same location as two months previous and Jim kills it.

David HulmeThere was a bullet with Pumba's name on it, only a matter of time.....
Jim Sweeney is a good friend of mine. Both Thierry and I were working for Roger Whittall when Jim started hunting with Thierry, in Chewore south. How I pine for those days. I think I did appreciate them enough though, so that's okay...

knuckleWill, your friend said luckily he missed, as he thought the hog was going to crack the 16" mark, but turns out it only went 15"........Chop!
