Matt NormanOLN Channel - Benelli Hunt in Namibia
This evening (Thursday)on the Outdoor Life Channel there was a hunt sponsored by Benelli in Namibia for springbok and kudu done with PH Hartmut Freyer of Gauss Hunting. Hartmut is a pal of mine and I've hunted with him five times. His website is
http://www.gausshunt.com He's got some first class springbok, kudu, warthog, and eland hunting. He will be in the US in February. His itinary will include Novi and Detroit SCI Chapter banquets in mid February, the International SCI Show Reno, San Diego, and the Idaho Chapter events.

Matt NormanI was surprised to seeing those being used there. I thought it was a no-no, but then, maybe they gavesome official a hundred bucks and everything was fine.

Evidently, with the proper "Mordita," a permit will be issued allowing import into the country. Lozano has said that handguns are allowed into Tanzania for a $1000 fee, so go figure.
