LeopardtrackTim, Eyedoc is back...What's the verdict??
Tim,
Eyedoc is back from Namibia and has posted a positive hunt report for his hunt with Karl.
If I remember correctly, you posted that you would refrain from further comment until eyedoc's return. Unless I missed it, I do not think that you have done so yet. I would like to hear how it all panned out and if you are satisfied with the outcome.
You gave Karl a good beating here at AR, and I think that alot of us would like to hear how it all ended.

Tim HeraldSorry for not posting sooner,
I am traveling and just recently talked to eyedoc. Outcome is that Karl and I came to an agreement- he has paid what we agreed.
I am definitely not satisfied with the whole situation, but I tried to cut my losses and get what refund I could. We were still out a lot of money ($10,000+) and 2 weeks time for me and cameraman.
I paid Karl the trophy fee for the springbok I killed as well.
I said if Karl sent me the agreed refund - I wouldn't comment further on the situation, so I guess I am done. Gotta move on some time, so I will take my beating and look forward.

NetwarrenGlad to hear the agreement is complete and the situation over. If your hunt had worked out and fire crackers used to push the Leopard out, I really don't think that would have been well received by ESPN or their viewers (me included).
BTW, saw your ESPN episode two weeks ago and it looked like a nice Canadian adventure.
