Its a Russian PTRD Anti-Tank rifle in 14.5x114 Russian. It does have a stock. It was placed in a stand to remotely fire it. (Load testing)

You can still get them in Canada.... $1500 to $2000 CDN.

You can still find the odd one, but finding ammo in any amount is damm near impossible.
