I need to upgrade my LAR muzzle brake. I recently injured my neck and back and it may take years to get back into shape. In the meantime, if I want to shoot my LAR, I need to reduce its recoil as much as possible.

Has anyone here shot an LAR with the Armalite brake installed? Did it work much better than the LAR brake? Thanks.
