Just came into a brand new old stock stainless frame and 357 maximum barrel. I've never seen a stainless 357 max barrel before. Are they rare? Any collectors issues here?

If it is a Dan Wesson look on Auction Arms, Gun Broker Arms or Ebay (Only for Barrels) this may help you get an idea of how much they are selling for. I have several DW's but the price is too high on the new ones for me.
