Anyone Shoot the 209x50 in a 15 Inch Barrel

I saw a 15 inch 209x50 Enocre barrel yesterday at a gun store and got the wheels turning!!! I wonder what the recoil would be like? I wonder what kind of velocities you could get with it?

Yes I have one.Recoil is tame to me.I shot 1 deer at 65yds year before last(basket rack 8).Was down in 25yds with a 300 XTP and 65gr pyrodex pistol.I have a 2X Leupold on it and it shots about a 1 1/2" at 75yds.

This year I am goin to shoot pellets and see what happens.

shoot 80, 90, and 100 with 240gr xtp it is not bad.. got some lee 320 gr you can tell win you shoot them.. mine likes 260 gr nosler partition... thanks gate

I have had very good results with 90 grains select and 295 powerbelt bullets. very good groups at 50 yards with open sites.
