tommynBarrel cleaning
It was cold and wet here in SW Mo today and couldn't go to range and deer season is still away
so I tried a new product to clean barrels with. Its called Wipe-out. (I have no stock or anything
in it) Its a spray foam. I have a almost new fireball from V V and factory 7tcu and 45 Win mag barrels
I tried it in. I was amazed at the amount of copper that it showed I had in the three barrels.
After using it three times the patches came out without heavy blue showing. One more time
night and will see what the patches look like tomorrow. Thought I would pass it on.

tommynPS I had been cleaning with Shooters Choice and Kroil mixed and thought the barrels were
clean.

I'll second that recommendation! Wipe-Out is the best cleaner I have ever seen......I bought it to use on a copper fouling 300 win mag rifle and was amazed at the results......what use to take several hours to clean is now done in minutes.....and Wipe-Out is safe to leave in the barrel over night......just read the directions and don't get it on fine wood finishes.

GonHuntinWipe-Out costs $10.99 per can if you order it direct.....I believe shipping is $6 but you can order several cans for one shipping charge.....
The price seems high until you try the stuff..... one can goes a long way!
