Encore -- .445 Super Mag v. .454 Casull

I am thinking of an Encore with a 10-12" barrel chambered in either the .445 Super Mag or the .454 Casull. Besides factory ammunition availability, what are the pros and cons of these two cartridges in relation to each other?

How fast can each throw the same weight bullet?
