<Leibowitz>!st. shots from 6.5 BR REM
Fired the first groups from my new 6.5 BR barrel from E.A. Brown this week. To say the least I am very impressed with the results. The barrel is a 15" tube with a Burris 10x scope setting in Redfield rings and base on a new encore frame that I have been setting on for months waiting for this Brown jewel to arrive. Not having any vitha v... 135 or 133 powder. I tried some AA2230 with a load of 29grs. Rem 71/2 primer, Rem brass and 107gr. Sierra MK bullet. With no speacial breakin and getting the scope set I fire 6 five shot groups at 100yds. The largest was a measured .689 and the smallest was a small .338. This was all with a powder that was not even recomended by anyone don't know what the MV was yet will check that later. I be one happy camper to say the least.

Are you doing those target shots with a scanner or a digital camara?
