DennisFI got to test my .358x444 Imp.
Rechambered from .35 Rem. by David White. I had the barrel back 1 week from the day I sent it to him.
Hornady 180 grain SSP bullets
45 grains RL 7
velocity 2430 FPS
Rem. 180 grain Hollowpoints (.357 max. or .357 mag bullets)
45 grains RL 7
Velocity 2468 FPS
These were just fire-forming loads but accuracy seemed quite good for the Hornady's and the Rem.'s gave me plenty of accuracy for hunting, but I doubt I will use them since I figure they may completely break up on impact, they would probably make a mess out of a coyote though. Now that I have some formed brass, I can start playing with different powder and bullets to see what i can milk out of the round before my wrist gives out.
