Inappropriate language can be appropriate when circumstances justify it. The originator of the petition against Wal-Mart neatly fits the description I borrowed from a friend of mine: leaky assed.

He usually applies it to leaky assed liberals, but there are plenty of leaky assed so called "conservatives" also.
