Seeing as there is very little likelyhood of getting a TC in Italy in .22lr I may go with a Browning auto, some kind of target model from what I could gather over the phone speaking to my gun dealer.

I was wondering how much difference there would be in the accuracy given the limits of the humble .22lr in an auto like the Ruger or Buckmarks.

Would it be worth the wait for a TC?

Has anyone tried putting .22lr through a .22mag chambered barrel?
