I saw not long ago that VV is out of business. So other than Bullberry & the T/C custom shop (fox whatever) whose making barrels for Encores & contenders?

In addition to the others mentioned, Dave Van Horn, E.Arthur Brown Co. [EABCO], and Gary Reeder also make barrels. Mike Bellm currently makes a limited number of barrels for CNC cartridge in Illinoise and may get back into the mix with semi-custom off the shelf production in the future, and Dave White does rechambering to an extensive list of alternative chamberings per caliber.

EABCO actually had their barrels contracted and produced through other shops, but they continue to offer barrels both from the T/C Custom Shop, and from some undisclosed barrel maker, who at various times in their history [I believe] was Bullberry and the now defunct VVCG.

Sean-Eben Brown's latest barrels were indeed made by Virgin Valley -- that I have confirmed. But Eabco is tooling up to do their own at the moment, though I don't know their target date for actual production.
