Does anyone have recommendations for a sling for a TC Encore scoped pistol (7mm-08) for hunting purposes? I do not have any interest in a holster. I would also appreciate manufactures name(s) and recommendations as to where to purchase.

I purchased the Pachmar grip and forearm set that came with sling swivel studs already installed. I really like the looks of the original TC walnut stock and forearm but find I like shooting the Pachmar grips better. I use the same Butler Creek neoprene sling I use on my long guns.

Sim....I took your advice on the Pachmeyr set-up and it works real well. Thanks.

X2! I use this sling and so does my son. I have installed sling swivels in walnut stock sets. At the base of the grip and in the tip of the forend, parallel to the barrel. My son also has a pachmar set but complains that the forend swivel stud makes an off hand shot difficult.
