New Holster needed, Sig 228
Well, as situations change, we sometimes need to adjust for these changes.

With my new vocation, I now find myself in much closer proximity to people on a regular basis, rubbing elbows close. Consequently I thought it might be time to consider a concealed retention rig.

I'd appreciate any comments or experiences you would like to share.

Thanks.

A little Kahr CW9 is so inconspicuous and so comfortable in my white hat holster (www.whitehatholsters.com) that it is dangerous... you could forget you have it and take it some place that you shouldn't/can't... it's THAT comfortable and you can get additional Kydex "carriers" for $20 if you want to carry another pistol, such as a Sig 220 when you really care to carry the very best.

Blackhawk makes some retention holsters that won't break the bank. I've got one for my S&W 642.

I use an old faithful tuckable for my 228. I am around people all day everyday and even other gun people don't notice it under a tucked in polo shirt. Www.oldfaithfulholsters.com if you want to check them out.

Thanks guys.

I've checked out all of them, and everyone looks like a good options.

I kind of like the "build your own" option. I'll let you know what I buy.

Mdv, thanks for the tip. No, I have not tried the crossbread holsters. Researching them a bit, I see nothing but positive comments on them. I guess you must really like your as well?

+1 For Crossbreed, I have also used Milt Sparks IWB with great results
