BuffHunter63Uber Driver In Denver Charged With First Degree Murder
A Uber drive in Denver was finally charged with murder for the killing of his passenger.
Apparently the Uber drive, who has a concealed carry permit, got into a row with his passenger and wound up shooting him.
The driver is claiming the passenger attached him, and the shooting was in self-defense.
Regardless of what really happened, the driver will have to cough up some serious dough, if he is to successfully beat the charge.

p dog shooterWell it is Denver they were never known to be to gun friendly.
There are some very good insurance plans out there for permit holders.
Maybe he as one of them to help with the costs.
Interesting point p dog. Would the insurance cover criminal trials or only civil?
Peter.

p dog shooterYes most do but with some you have to be found not guilty to have them pay out.
I like the
Armed Citizen Legal Defense Net Work
They pay out immediately after a self defense shooting to help cover attorney fees .

BuffHunter63It does seem that DAs in the "progressive" cities go after everyone they can, unless it is something to do with illegals committing crimes, then they try and downplay the charges.
