S&W 915 ??
Saw a S&W 915 at a pawn shop and it really looked to be in good condition. I’m not familiar with this model. According to the inter web, it’s a 9mm with 15 round capacity and is all metal and is a third generation of the model 59. I used to carry a model 39 back many years ago and this gun reminds me of it. Thinking it may be a fun range/truck gun since it’s less than $400.

The 915 is the double stack version of the 908 which is the gun on this forum's banner.

The 908 & 915 were marketed as budget variants of 39/59 series.

I carried a 908 for years. Never felt under gunned with 8+1

Did a little more research and found that S&W made several versions of this gun. The 915 was all metal with driver side controls only. Then after the magazine 10 shot limit was passed they made a 910 with plastic and MIM parts.
Seems the 915 has a good reputation online and for my cost it should work out as a fun gun.
