STI VIP .45

I was perfectly happy with my STI TROJAN and STI DUTY CT. I used the Trojan for USPSA and the Duty CT for carry.

The other day I saw an ad in GunTrader for a STI VIP LNIB.

I was SHOCKED by the asking price, $850.00.

I figured there had to be something wrong because the gun goes for $1400.00 +.

Lo and behold the gun was like new with two mags.
I paid the man.
Two days later my Gun Store buddy called asking if I still had the Duty CT as he had a customer that wanted one really bad.
He got me $1000.00 for the Duty CT.

I've fallen into many a sweet deal over the years but not in a long time.

What's the pleasure in making a good score if you don't tell anyone?
