KarooHog Deer
I have a small herd of completely free-ranging hog deer on my ranch in South Africa and would like to know what experiences you have of them in Australia.
I believe that they get very big there. Victoria and where else?

KarooI am referring to antler size.
The stag (buck?) we weighed here was 62kg live weight.

Mark RAbout 40kg dressed weight is big here and antlers in the 16-17" mark are considered a big trophy. I have a 10" and a 13 3/4" stag and both are from the Victorian herd.
Cheers,
Mark.
