Re: Upcoming Election.
Of course all this relies on the intelligence and honesty of the counters to put the right vote in the right box and to absolutely know what a valid vote is!

Mike375 thanks for posting that very usefull information.
Doc1972.

The information Mike posted is precisely what the goverment does not want the average voter to be readily aware of.

Karl.

Mike was correct except I don't believe you can vote "above the line" for a party in the lower house. YOU must choose the preferences yourself but most morons just get a printed "How to vote" (ie How to be a moron) card and vote accordingly to how some party has done deals with other parties.

Anyone who votes "Above the line" for a party for the senate is a lazy prick and does not deserve to have a vote (the majority) as some party determines how their vote is allocated.

Spending a extra 2 minutes to actually fill out all the boxes for the senate is not hard and you can actually give your first preferences away from Liberal and Labor bastards. The more first preference votes away from these arseholes the more they take notice even if they still get in. Unfortunately many voters choose Greens (ie "Reds" or Marxist) or Democrats (pseudo-Socialist who aren't quite sure about it) without really knowing what they are voting for.

I always pick the most pro-gun parties or independents who aren't loonies and work backwards to the gun grabber thieves (ie Nationals, Liberals, Labor, Greens, Democrats).

How come the shooters party have been de-listed

PC

The Shooters Party were de-listed because even though they registered as a NSW and Federal Party they have never moved their arses to actually campaign in a Federal election and to campaign in any (? could be wrong but certainly never operated in SA ?) other state election than NSW. I was a member for exactly one year until I realised they only operated in NSW.

Don't have anything against them per se except they are a NSW party only.
