I was out hunting and my home area went into a hard lockdown. Had to pack up and get home.

Didn't get much in the two hunts we did today. Bumped a small group of Chital this morning and saw two Chital a LONG way off. Nice stag in the pair. Got some good trail cam pictures so stand by for those.

Bakes, hope you and your family are safe. Things are not good regarding the lockdown anywhere. We have a trip planned for NZ 2022. Have no confidence it will come to fruition. No idea when, or if, it will ever happen. But, I continue to monitor conditions to hopefully visit your beautiful country some day. Take care, be safe. MTG

Covid/border closures etc have lessened the impact of the after dark road shooters here (lights/thermals) and its a blessing. So many NSW number plates sneaking around......hmmmmm!

I'm hearing you mate. In two weeks the family are heading to the coast for a week of fishing. We have our fingers crossed we will still get there
