I do not dought for one moment that all kinds if injuries can and do happen ,sometimes unavoidable sometimes not .
With the hearing side of things one day of exposeure to a big magna in some cases a few shots will cause damage and loss of some hearing sooner or later . Sometimes 5 to 10yrs later it does not allways take yrs of exposeure to gun fire
As a matter of interest i read a little time back the AUSTRALIAN army limits the amount of shots that can be fired in one day with there big sniper rifles without a blast shield
