Little bit of archery
I have been helping a mate with an episode for his new TV show. The episode will be focussed on pighunting with longbows.
The footage below cant be used for the show because the camera decided it wouldn't focus among other things. Bit gutted as otherwise it was pretty cool. They turned it into a bit of an ad for the show anyway.
It looks like Im pointing at the pig, in reality Im testing the wind.
Arrow cut clean through the aorta. shows how quick they kill when you get things right.

That was a great shot, Craig! I was considering taking a bow to NT this week, but couldn't get a pig permit because I lack an NT shooter's licence.

BTW, I watched the first episode of NZ Grand Designs tonight, about a batchelor deer farmer building a place with concrete slabs. IMHO it was pretty tame compared to the house Mike built.
