Starting load Barnes Genade
Just got the first batch of 500 through. Interested in ideas for loads in the .22-250. I have a wide selection of Aus and US powders but prefer ADi's range.

I was wondering about Benchmarck II at 35 gns to start with. The ADI manual has 36.5 gn as max with 40 gn projectile.

2209
2208

I like working with BM II as it has been great accuravy wise in my 22-250's (and other 22 centrefires).

But ideas?

US powders?

Thanks
Ross

34 Gn BM2.

I have never seen rabbits explode quite so dynamically as wit these projectiles. Early days though. So far, I have only "obliterated" three. Looking forward to a fox now Smiler

I think 2209 will be too slow.

I'm using 35 grains of 2208 55 Sierra SP

Is this what you mean by "obliterated"

GBB, considering how they usually blow up when you're poking around with that 22-250 of yours, things must be looking even more, uh, pyrotechnic.

Great video too! Where was that taken?
