Has anyone loaded the .300 Win Mag using the 155gn HPBT projectile. What load using AR-2209.

As far as I know these are called Palma Jacket & they are a match grade slug.

My main concern here is are the jackets thick enough for the velocity of a .300 Win Mag.

I know that almost anything out of a .300 would be suitable for large pigs, however I have concerns using target grade slugs on the bigger pigs nonetheless.

The Palma Match 155gn BTHP has been developed to kill Kore-Flute and paper and will probably go straight through any living thing without changing shape. Their hollow point is NOT for expansion but for uniformity.
