Jason PhillottLucky the scrub bull
Meet Lucky the scrub bull
I call him lucky because if he wasn't 5 m off a hiway in a NP with a copper directing traffic around him and I had a rifle with me
I may have taken a shot perhaps possibly or at least thought about it as he had a cracking head on him
Photo taken at about 100 meters with the phone on max zoom

Jason Phillottunfortunately with work and life getting in the way this last year has been more about shooting with the camera than the rifle
plan to go away
and the boss wants/needs you to work, or it rains and depending on how you look at it
you plan a trip a way only to find out the property owner is next door helping with the muster so you go and help out and get no shooting in but you do end up with access to a new property
you have to roll with what life gives you and make the most of it
I might hit him in the ute one morning and have to put him out of his misery
the hunt report might include a photo with the wrecked upturned BT50 in the background
where there is a will there is a way
where he is living he is a protected species as I can't see QNPW or what ever they are called today getting them out of where they are and if they did they wouldn't appreciate his head

Jason PI know nothing about hunting in Australia.
Just curious; Can you hunt these bulls on public land? Is it tough for the average guy to go out and find one? Really interesting to me!
