Watching this now on ABC2. Pommy show taking a group of people (including a vegan) through the steps of slaughtering an animal.

It was actually pretty funny. There were two vegans and four normal people. One of the vegans (a bloke) used to eat meat but gave it up 5 years ago. Strange people those vegans.

Austar/Fox had series on last year.

Interesting reactions from quite a few of the audience.
Very neat way the auditorium was set up with the abattoir, butchering & cooking in the one place.

Kudos to the "Master of Ceremonies" ............allowed all sides to give their opinions, but did not allow the program to be spun out of control..........with a program thust of showing "urbanites" whats involved on the land & between the land & their parcel at the shop, or plate in a Restaurant.

Interesting if the hunting series gets onto Oz TV.
