Did anyone get to the SCI show last weekend?
Apparently Raytrade was going to announce when the Remington double rifles chambered in 45/70, where going to be available. Let's hope we won't be waiting too long

Malcolm,
You missed a great SCI. I would say it was the best one yet. But I did not see the Raytrade stand. But then everything after looking at the Nightforce scopes was a blur. I am seriously in love with those scope now I have seem them in the flesh.

mate I was there and i also thought the show was great!!
Had some serious drinking sessions with some fellow AR members, and from a social point of veiw, it was a blast!
The beretta stand was absolutly outstanding!!!! ( i am a little biased). cant wait untill next year.

It was good to meet some of the guys face to face from the various hunting forums at SCI in NSW. All good guys too.

Got to fondle a few of their double rifles in the display racks as well. thumb

Yes, it was a great show and I enjoyed it immensely. It was great to catch up with old friends and to make some new ones, particularly the guys from AR, but I was surprised to learn that some of the AR members were guys I already new but just didn't connect their username with their identity - how dumb am I?

Now I just have to work out how to make enough money, and juggle enough time, to fit in all the great hunting trips I talked to exhibitors about.

But I thought that the Beretta stand was just 'so - so'! sofa The Merkel display was the pick of them!!!! Big Grin
