I will wish him well, but can't help notice a major point; he shot several arrows into the buffalo and was waiting for it to fall over.
What could possibly go wrong with this COA?
Answer? Major injuries "size of a Coke can", including near death.
I thought DG bow hunters took back up guys with rifles, with them.

Slinging sharp sticks at buffalo! They invented stopping rifles for a reason.

You guys are missing out on all the fun. Wink

Im not likely to hunt buffalo with my bow, but I understand its a choice you make and the added risk is something you accept as part of it..... Until its charging I guess?

One of the few advantages in Australian is 99.9% of hunting is unguided, no bag limits, no seasons and take any weapon you want. Teens in my region take pigs using a couple of dogs and a knife after all , thats in thick rainforest. Arrows on buffalo not my personal choice, but then again probably still safer than smoking cigarettes or riding a motorcycle.
