A MAN who was accused of having sex with a sheep has walked free because the animal was unable to testify.

The man, from Haaksbergen, near Utrecht in the Netherlands, was reported to police after a farmer caught him having sex with a sheep.

But the case was thrown out of court as the sheep couldn't take to the stand to testify that it didn't want to have sex and had suffered emotional stress.

Under Dutch law, bestiality is not a crime unless it can be proved the animal didn't want to have sex.

"Short of putting the sheep in the dock, at the moment these perverts cannot be prosecuted," animal rights campaigner Jos van Huisen said.

One thing I've noticed since working in Ozzie is the Australians infatuation with sheep, and here is another case in point, why would you even bother reading this let alone posting it on a public forum unless you have a real interest in the content

Anyone seen the Kiwi flick 'Black Sheep'? NZ sheep mutate via genetic engineering and attack! Anyway Pilbara, it's just Aussies infatuation with hanging shit on NZers that is the (ahem) root of the problem.

Any ideas what the Dutch age of consent is for regular sexual relations?

well for starters i thought the sheep was pretty fkn good looking.

Pilbara - its just the Australian way of getting back at us kiwis cos we prefer their sheep to their women.

Its not our fault that their sheep are better roots , kiss better ,smell better , and can have an intelligent conversation afterwards - all attributes sadly lacking in the Australian human female.....
