shanksponyToa Hunter gatherer.
A mate of mine has recently put together his own TV series. Hes a pretty talented guy and makes all his own gear including the bows. Last weeks episode was a bit of bowhunting at my place. I like the ethic of his show, its not about trophies or 'look at me.' its about hunting and fishing for the joy of it, because its in us, trying to get the most out of it, and useing what you harvest.

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Big Wonderful WyomingThere was another tv show in Australia on the Aborigine channel about a Maori hunter. This appears to be a different one.

HomerOzG'Day Fella's,
Thanks for sharing Shankspony, it was a great watch!
Good to see and best wishes on your endeavors, to improve your properties condition (it's already lookin great!).
Just a quick word on the use of Drones with camera's mounted to them. Wow, they really do help to make an already good video, great (and I imaging, reduce the need and expense of Helicopters)!

gryphon1Gee H even I have a drone with a vid cam,they are awesome.
I`m a learner pilot,it took 14 shots with my full choke .12G to cut one tree branch that my drone was hooked on,and another 10-12(?) for another crack up ha ha.

HomerOzG'Day Fella's,
Gryphon1, it sounds like you need a bit More Elevation and then some more Magnification/Zoom........Bugger! LOL!
I've found the .308 to be a great Tree Lopper.
A mate of mine down on the Snowy River, has a largish drone. He wants to use it, to do a quick reconnoiter of his property, prior to heading out for a Feral Deck! Makes a lot of sense.

shanksponyCheers guys. The drones certainly are a great tool, and add a whole new dimension to filming. They are bloody noisy though and I have constant temptation to shoot them down.
