Any Boxing Fans Here?
Looks like the end of Anthony Mundines boxing career, after a long and hard-fought life in the ring.

Cant say I was ever a fan of the obnoxious , mouthy little git but he sure could fight . But at 43 the only way ahead was down and down he went

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

He put bums on seats and his career transcended two major sports in Australia and he excelled in both.
For those that slag off about him I am willing to bet that they wouldn't be saying it to his face. He will go back up to 90 kilos now and will take a bit of handling ha ha.
His old man Tony is older than me ha ha but he is still a brute much the same.

Some guys can mouth it and hold their ground. Mohammad Ali was one.

Other sportsmen who could walk the talk were Shane Warne, Dennis Lille, Kevin Peiterson, Javed Miandad, etc.

Kiwis have traditionally been much more understated. The "knock the Tall Poppy" culture probably has a bit to do with it. The lippy habit probably gets cut off at school.

Sonny Bill Williams is an interesting guy. A star athlete with great career in Rugby league, Rugby union including 2 world cups & an Olympics gold and now boxing.

But he is not a blow hard. Very understated like many of Samoan and other Pacific Island cultures.
