Aspen Hill AdventuresBakes, you are very lucky it wasn't a spotty one! Or your bum!

I think you know me much too well now. I need a new MO.

Anyway, this toad is much better than the blurry blob up there now. It is my contribution to you all down under the equator.

Hog KillerGlad to see some real animals now, instead of the snake food.

muzzaThats better , non-indigenous target species..

I dont think snakes eat cane toads 'cause the toads skin exudes poison that kills the snake ..? Something like that anyway - we dont have the cane toad or snakes so I certainly am not an expert in that area .

Easy_RollinsSome birds have learnt to eat Toads here. They roll them over and eat the soft underbelly.

BakesThere are only a few animals that can eat the cane toad without dying. There is one snake (the fresh water snake) that can and FC/ER is right the crows and kites have learned to eat from the belly!

muzzaWith a belly the size of his he could feed all the kites and crows in Qld for a week on his own...
