Wendell ReichInformation on Graham Williams please.
I am considering doing a hunt this year for Buffalo and Scrub Bull with Graham Williams, Australian Buffalo Hunters.
Anyone hunt with him or know anything about him? Any and all opinions welcome. PM if you like.
Thanks.

BushchookPretty sure nitrox has . suggest you PM him .
The hunting imperative was part of every man's soul; some denied or suppressed it, others diverted it into less blatantly violent avenues of expression, wielding clubs on the golf course or racquets on the court, substituting a little white ball for the prey of flesh and blood.

NitroXWendell asked me already some time ago.
I have no problem in recommending Graham Williams who does a good job and provides enjoyable quality hunting.

Wendell ReichYes, Nitro gave me some good info on Graham, but you know him, he also told me to feed my Red Stag cabbage and grapefruits, (or something like that), to make their antlers bigger.

John, thanks again for the info on Graham, your word is good, but I am looking for other references on him as well.
Now, as for the cabbage and grapefruits ...

NitroXYou got it wrong, i feed my stags fermenting grapes and home made beer with grain (ie wheat soaked in water for a few days).
Makes them happy.

Wendell ReichNow I remember!

A friend and I hunted with Graham in 2004. We had a great time and both would like to go back again. We probably saw at least 200 buffalo a day, plus a few scrub bulls. My friend got a nice bull, and I got one that scored about 102. We saw one huge bull that would probably score about 118 before he broke the end off one horn. I would love to get him - I think that broken horn gave him character. We camped in tents along a stream and had good food. I appreciate the way Graham and his staff worked hard to ensure everyone had a good time. Tell him Dale from Utah said to say hello.
Good reputation, good area / lot of animals available, shouldn't have any problems with him at all.
In fact, I can't think of anyone who's ever said
anything that wasn't good about him, his hunts etc.

thornellI hunted with Graham last year, and had a great time. Graham is very professional and an excellent host. I would go back and hunt with Graham anytime. Do a search. I have posted a thread here of the hunt.

Wendell ReichThanks Thornell. That was a very nice report.
Anyone who has hunted the remote locations know anything about the availability of Scrub Bulls? I have to have one of these!

NitroXGraham Williams has scrub bulls in the Wilton River area of Arnhemland. I would imagine also in station areas as well, but don't know.
The American client hunting at the same time as me, took a nice red bull. I took a massive old bastard.
Small numbers of pigs on the Wilton, plus donkeys. I didn't shoot any donkeys though.
