Rabbit inspired by Scott Rea

I made this little number. Whole boned out rabbit, stuffed with a strip of bacon, toasted macadamia nuts, mushrooms and onion. Wrapped up in bacon. Sauce is brandy, cream and mustard. Pretty bloody good!

Questions ...

1/ did you shoot it yourself ?
2/ how did you go from pic 2 to 3 - what process to get the form so perfect ?
3/ how long in the oven ?

Charlie yep shot myself. To go from pi 2-3 I just wrapped in cling film and twisted it tight, I then put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. I seared in a fry pan a little and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes on 220 centigrade.
