I've used two; 150gn "Westcasting" that comes without the gas check. 32gn 2206 with Kapok filler makes 1900fps. The other id the RCBS 180gn fn, with 29.5gn 2206 this one makes 1680fps.
Cast bullets are sized to 0.309 before loading.
