BakesI was going to but remembered you don't follow sports

------------------------------
A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Bren7X64Well, at work there's a Kiwi and me, and we were having a good time discussing the cricket - the native Aussies were enjoying it somewhat less ....

I know a fellow, a pommy in Australia, has lived here 25 years, now a fully-flegded citizen. Even after all this time he cannot understand why Aussie natives still give him a hard time about sports. I asked him who he supports... "Australia, except for in the cricket and the rugby" - well there's your answer right there cobber ..

You cant have an each-way bet.

muzzayeah , why not. The Blackcaps played a poor game and got beaten on the day.
Only game they lost in the whole contest but the one that counted most

Give credit where credit is due, the Blackcaps went out and played the game that had beaten all in their stride to the final but the Aussies bowlers were absolutely brilliant. Even their captain admitted the bowlers took the game for them.
Well done to both teams, a fitting finish for the two WC host nations.

There is nothing spirited to debate....nothing at all.
The on field debate was far less spirited than the scribes envisioned also....
