trekker111cull hunting
I may be going to Australia to hunt Buffalo, hogs, and ???. Seems to be bout half the cost of africa. What are these cull hunts and are they available to foreign hunters or just australians. Going to australia to blast a smash of feral animals seems more fun than popping african plains game at $2000 each, at least to a working man. Some of those african hunts cost almost as much as my house.
Any tips or advice. I've never hunted outside north america. My trip if I can make it happen is still at least a year away.

TundragrizI hunted in Arhemland and there were cull hunts available for horses. Think it was something like $1000/day. You could easily shoot 50 a day. The idea is to only take head shots dropping them to avoid scaring the others.

TOP_PREDATORThere are a few Outfitter that run cull hunts.
I shot a few donkeys at the end of a buffalo trip last year.
Get lots of practice reloading fast and taking quickly aimed shots, donkeys and other ferals you will be shooting the whole mob,not just one animal and there will be running shots.
There are some huge pigs in OZ.
