For all of you guys who own big bore rifles in Oz and Nz, John Clapham (a Sydney based gunsmith) is now the Aussie agent for Horneber brass and will start bringing in cases to order. I've just taken delivery of 200 .500NE cases and have 100 .585 Nyati cases on order.

Horneber make a huge range of calibres and the quality of their brass is outstanding. Case lengths are correct to start with, primer pockets are uniform, primer pockets feature an internal groove that gives primers, when under excessive pressures, somewhere to go (other than flowing back into the firing pin hole) and the cases are correctly hardened. Horneber also offer a custom headstamp service for your own wildcat creations!
