Thanks PC, just looking at whats available versus whats best . Currently using factory Hornet ammo to fireform some cases , but have dies for the K-Hornet so loading isnt a big deal .cheers

I used to use lil-gun in my BRNO hornet, about 13 gr from memory using 45 gr hornadys, the v-maxs worked ok to but was restricted by mag length.
Sold it and brought a Tikka 222, much better option.
The Hornet is a great caliber but fussy to reload for.

My K-Hornet is built on a Cadet action , so overall length of the cartridge isnt a big issue . I was wanting some advice about loads that work for other guys , and we are getting there slowly . I also have a Cadet actioned .222 Rimmed under way as well , to go with my Cadet actioned .218 Bee and my large frame Martini actioned .219 Donalson Wasp ( also in progress )and my Ruger No1 in .220 Swift if I need really long shots. If things get bigger we can always use the large framed Martini in 45-70...

I used to tell people that you can have too many guns , and now I am trying to prove it
