New Varmint Stock
I'm looking for a replacement varmint stock for my Rem 700 custom. Prefer laminated or composite. Does anybody know of suppliers in Australia?

Anybody have one they want to sell?

Thanks

Scott

Welcome to the forums Scott.

There is a hogue dealer in QLD I think. Perhaps the Queenslanders can supply a number.

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Welcome Scott.

Sign yourself up for E-Bay or Gunbroker or Auctionarms and buy a stock that suits from the US of A . You will save yourself some money and have a better selection to choose from . Nothing against your local gunshops , but they wont be able to compete pricewise or selectionwise .

Allan Naumann of Corporal Trading in Qld. makes good quality composite stocks in a variety of styles . He repaired the cracks that came as standard equipment in an HS Precision stock I have . I have his number somewhere if you're interested .

The hunting imperative was part of every man's soul; some denied or suppressed it, others diverted it into less blatantly violent avenues of expression, wielding clubs on the golf course or racquets on the court, substituting a little white ball for the prey of flesh and blood.

G'day Scott

You could try Pro-Cal Trading. He makes his own laminate blanks. I built a bench gun from one, but I think he does varmint stocks as well.
